Our 14-Day Return Promise
Not happy with your purchase? We’ve got you covered. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached
- With your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email us at support@thepeaker.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We’ll review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label
Step 3: Pack your item securely and ship it back using our label
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund
Important: Don’t send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
We’re really sorry if something went wrong with your order. Please contact us immediately at support@thepeaker.com if:
- Your item arrived damaged
- You received a defective product
- We sent you the wrong item
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Items We Can’t Accept for Return
For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Beauty and personal care products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Want to Exchange?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but here’s the fastest way to get what you want:
1. Return your original item
2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want
This way, you’ll get your new item faster and avoid any shipping delays.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
Within 2-3 business days: We’ll inspect your item and approve your refund
Within 10 business days: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Allow 5-7 additional days: For your bank or credit card to post the refund
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen your refund, please contact us at support@thepeaker.com.
For EU Customers
If you’re in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. All the same return conditions apply (unworn, original packaging, tags attached).
